And not just any project manager.

You will be the energetic link between everyone involved in a lighting project. Between contractor and architect. Between our lighting designers and the client. You understand how projects work, make sure everyone has the right information and know what people need. Sometimes even before they say it themselves.

Jij bent de energieke schakel tussen iedereen die aan een lichtproject werkt. Tussen de aannemer en de architect, tussen onze tekenaars en de klant. Je voelt je thuis in die wereld, snapt wat mensen nodig hebben nog voordat ze het zelf uitspreken, en zorgt dat iedereen op het juiste moment de juiste informatie heeft.

You will spend part of your time on project sites, part at our office and part visiting clients. You will work closely with our lighting designers on plans and calculations, spot potential issues before they become actual problems and, when a project is finally completed, you will be able to look around and think: yes, I am proud of this.

Dat doe je deels op locatie bij projecten, deels op kantoor en deels bij klanten. Je schakelt dagelijks met onze tekenaars over het lichtplan, ziet problemen aankomen voordat ze problemen wórden, en op de dag van oplevering denk je: yes hier ben ik supertrots op!

Forget spending your days ticking boxes and answering emails behind a screen. That is not how we work at ONN.

You will get real responsibility. For several of our larger projects, you will be the owner from the very first client meeting right through to final delivery.

Vergeet lijstjes afwerken en de hele dag achter je scherm mails typen, zo werkt het bij ONN niet. Je krijgt écht verantwoordelijkheid. Voor een aantal (grotere) projecten ben jij, vanaf het allereerste klantgesprek tot de laatste oplevering, de eigenaar.

What you will do Dit ga je doen

  • You manage lighting projects from the initial site survey through to final delivery. Je begeleidt verlichtingsprojecten van eerste opname tot oplevering
  • You visit clients and project locations. Je bezoekt klanten en projectlocaties
  • You coordinate with installers, architects, contractors and construction partners. Je stemt af met installateurs, architecten, interieurbouwers en aannemers
  • You work closely with our installation team and stay in regular contact throughout the execution of the project. Je werkt nauw samen met ons montageteam en houdt tijdens de uitvoering regelmatig contact over de voortgang.
  • You work closely with our lighting designers on lighting plans and calculations. Je werkt samen met onze lichtontwerpers aan lichtplannen en berekeningen
  • You make sure our backoffice has everything it needs for quotations, orders and invoicing. Je zorgt dat de backoffice alle informatie heeft voor offertes, bestellingen en facturatie
  • You keep a close eye on budgets and quality. Je bewaakt budget en kwaliteit
  • And you advise clients on (smart) lighting solutions that genuinely add value to their space. Je adviseert klanten over slimme verlichtingsoplossingen

  • You have experience as a project leader or project manager. heb je ervaring als projectleider of projectmanager
  • You have an affinity with lighting or electrical engineering. heb je affiniteit met verlichting of elektrotechniek
  • You are comfortable managing several projects at once without losing sight of the details. kun je meerdere projecten tegelijk overzien, zonder de grip te verliezen
  • You communicate easily with clients and colleagues alike. communiceer je moeiteloos, met klanten én collega's
  • You work in a structured way and genuinely enjoy solving problems. werk je gestructureerd en ga je lekker op het fixen van problemen
  • You are fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English. beheers je Nederlands en Engels
  • Experience with DIALux or AutoCAD is a plus. is ervaring met Dialux of AutoCAD mooi meegenomen
