Kip Store

This award-winning flagship store for Kip Caravans made its mark in timber architecture, earning the Houtbouwprijs 2023. ONN lighting created the complete lighting plan for the building, covering all three interior levels as well as the exterior lighting.

The process

We collaborated closely with architect Nick Krouwel to align the lighting with his architectural vision. Our involvement began in the design process, allowing us to tailor lighting strategies that enhance the material expression and spatial flow of the store.

The lighting plan combines 3-phase track systems, adjustable rail spots, linear lighting, and a range of supporting fixtures. This versatile setup ensures each area, from product displays to the outdoor zone, is illuminated with care, function and cohesion. The result is an adventurous showroom where form, material, and light all work together seamlessly to make the caravans the real eyecatchers.
