ThePhoneLab is rolling out energy-efficient LED lighting across all its stores as part of a broader commitment to sustainability. For the Rotterdam location, ONN Lighting supplied the complete lighting solution, tailored to meet both functional needs and brand aesthetics.

The process

To kick off the project, we visited the Rotterdam store to assess the space and provide input on the most effective lighting setup. Based on the layout and function of the space, we developed a plan using a combination of 3-phase track systems with adjustable rail spots and LED panels. This setup provides flexibility and clarity, allowing products to stand out while maintaining strong, even lighting throughout the store.

The rail spots add visual focus to key areas, such as product displays, and double as part of the general lighting scheme. To ensure sufficient brightness across workstations, we extended the base lighting with high-quality LED panels. All light sources feature a high CRI value to ensure accurate color rendering, making both products and materials appear true to life. After the successful project in Rotterdam, we are also asked to deliver the lighting for the other stores.
